Returning champs
This year we have three players taking part who have won the title before: Aumi Guerra of the Dominican Republic is a double champion having won in 2010 and 2011, Krizziah Lyn Tabora won for the Philippines in 2017 and Australian Sam Cooley won last year.

Keeping it in the family
Khaled and Hela Meziou from Tunisia are almost permanent fixtures at the Bowling World Cup. They first bowled in 2009 in Melaka, Malaysia, and must have enjoyed it as they have been back virtually every year since.

55th QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup comes to Indonesia
It is 39 years since the Bowling World Cup was last in Indonesia but 2019 will see the event return to the country and to the city of Palembang in South Sumatra. The tournament will be held from November 16 to 24, 2019, in the 40-lane center which is part of the huge and impressive Jakabaring Sport City, the venue of the 2018 Asian Games.

After an amazing week, we have our champions for the 54th QubicaAMF Bowling World Cup! It's Sam's title in Sam's Town taking home the crown for the men and Australia. For the women, Shannon O'Keefe of USA comes away as top bowler.
