Saturday  8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time

In case of emergency, we offer 24 hours, year-round on-call support outside of these times. 

Please be advised that “emergency” calls include:.

    - Conqueror will not start on any terminal.
    - No lanes can be opened.
    - No credit card pin pads are functional.
    - Any scoring/Conqueror/machine issue occurring during league play.

Any call that does not meet the criteria above is considered “non-emergency” and will be redirected to our normal hours of operation.
