Our normal hours of operation are:

In case of emergency, we offer 24 hours, year-round on-call support outside of these times. 

Please be advised that “emergency” calls include:.

- Conqueror will not start on any terminal.

- No lanes can be opened.

- No credit card pin pads are functional.

- Any scoring/Conqueror/machine issue occurring during league play.

Any call that does not meet the criteria above is considered “non-emergency” and will be redirected to our normal hours of operation.

A Dassle Specialist will be available during the following days and hours:

• Tuesday – Saturday
• 9am – 5pm EST (12pm-8pm PST)

Note: If you contact Technical Support via phone, a technician will create a case log to forward to our Dassle Specialist. Your call will be addressed during the Dassle support hours noted above.
