Staff Management

 As you prepare to reopen your facility it is important to take into consideration how you will manage staff interactions throughout and have guidelines documented and available for staff as well as having these and posted and visible in key areas. General recommendations include:

  • Frequent handwashing. Make sure to provide additional handwashing or hand sanitizing hygiene stations throughout the facility
  • Consider whether your staff will be required to wear masks or face coverings
  • Sanitize high-touch/high-traffic areas frequently (after each customer use or at scheduled intervals)
  • Use physical barriers in key areas to separate staff from guests


Additionally, please follow the guidelines from CDC and OSHA to ensure you keep up with the latest standards for all areas of your business.
