Conqueror plus Square for Restaurants POS



QubicaAMF and Square are pleased to introduce the next evolution in their partnership with the integration of Conqueror plus Square Restaurants POS. These combined technologies allow centers to work within one unified ecosystem for all operations— bowling, reservations, food and beverage, order management, kitchen operations, transactions, receipts, reports and more!  



 

How It Works: 

All items and prices are managed in Square and shared with Conqueror with centralized setup for bowling and F&B pricing, discounts, modifiers, options, and more. 

Staff can sell from either system as needed, leveraging different features at the right points of service. 

All food & beverage sold from any Conqueror source, including front desk stations, QPads, Web reservations, or Kiosks are automatically sent straight to the kitchen and Square KDS to organize and fulfill orders. 

All orders, transactions, and receipts are recorded within Square where dashboards, reporting, and analytics create a complete financial view of your business. 


What You Need To Know:  

The requirements for Conqueror plus Square Restaurants POS include Conqueror X Business Preferred and Active Conqueror Maximization Program. If you want to expand to this center-wide POS solution, chat with your QubicaAMF Sales representative.

Is QubicaAMF abandoning Conqueror POS?
No. Conqueror POS will continue to be supported for current customers, in markets not served by Square, and for those where Square Restaurants POS is not a fit for their business. 

Is the integrated solution with Square only for centers with “advanced” F&B needs? 
No. While Square brings the capabilities to handle the most demanding F&B operations, there are great benefits for centers that use Conqueror plus Square Payments and Square Restaurants POS. Everything is easy-to-use, and there are features for businesses of all sizes. 

Do I need to change my credit card provider to Square to use Conqueror plus Square Restaurant POS? 
Yes. Square’s entire commerce ecosystem is built around their payment system. The deep connections between Payments and POS are what deliver seamless functionality for centers. This would not be possible with 3rd party options. Switching to Conqueror plus Square Payments brings big benefits to every bowling entertainment business of any size and many improvements over other payment offerings. 

Does Square have competitive rates for credit card processing?
Yes. Square’s “out of the box” rates are comparable to other POS and payment providers. As part of the QubicaAMF and Square partnership, Square will work with each QubicaAMF customer individually to establish a custom pricing plan for every business situation. 

Can I use my existing hardware with Square Restaurants POS? 
Square offers a variety of amazingly fast, sleek, and intuitive devices that are the best choice for leveraging their POS. Additionally, the Square Restaurants POS app can be installed on any iOS device, including existing Conqueror QPads. It cannot be installed on PCs. For payment processing, only Square hardware can be used; existing PIN pads cannot be used.
