Bruin Lanes integrated Conqueror plus Square Payments in 2024, and Conqueror plus Square POS earlier this year in 2025.

What integration does your center have? Conqueror plus Square Payments? Conqueror plus Square Restaurants POS or both? 

We use the Conqueror plus Square POS in our snack bar, and Conqueror plus Square Payments at our Front Desk, Kiosk, and online in our Web Reservations. 

What made you decide to integrate Conqueror plus Square into your center? 

The power of Square is unmatched. Whether it be inventory tracking, employee payroll, or the speed of credit card transactions. 

If you had to describe your experience of Conqueror plus Square to another center who is considering it, what would you say? 

We would recommend Square to every center. The reporting is very detailed, credit card transactions are fast and seamless, and the customer experience is better as well. 

How has Bruin Lanes benefited from the Conqueror plus Square integration? 

Our staff are no longer tied to inputting F&B orders only at the front desk. We are now able to use the Square terminals throughout our center. Customers can also order food using a QR code right from their lane.  

Can you describe what you like most about the solution? 

It would be hard to describe just one thing that I like about the Square integration. I like the simple and easy-to-use Square equipment. I also like the speed of transactions and better overall experience for my customers.
