Mark Bowen, Owner, Dover Bowl, a 22-lane center in Dover, New Hampshire made the decision to replace his free-fall pinspotters with string machines. After years of struggling to keep his machines running reliably, league bowling was suffering. “We don’t have breakdowns anymore,” Bowen says. “My staff is much happier.
